A: We have designers team, OEM service is our advantage.
Q2: What's your moq?
A:100 sets/pcs per color for sublimation design, 100 sets/pcs per color for embroidery or printed design.
Q3: Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Sure, we provide a sample for approval before production.
Q3: What’s your sample policy?
A: For customized samples, we will charge sample fee but will refund it when bulk order more than 300 sets.
Q4: What is your time of making samples?
A: Generally 7-10 days after payment for customized order, depends on your design.
Q5: What is your lead production time?
A: 15-25 days depending on design and quantity.
Q6: What's your discount policy?
A: The price is determined by your order quantity and detailed requirements. The larger the order quantity, the lower the price.
Q7: What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, and Cash are acceptable. There are different payment methods in different countries and regions.
